Return Policy:
RETURN POLICY:
  • You may return merchandise to us for a refund or exchange. All products require a return authorization number (RA). An RA must be used within 10 days after it is issued.
  • All returned merchandise must be in original condition and must be in original packaging.
  • A processing fee of 15% will apply to the value of the merchandise returned for a refund. If you are returning a prodcut with the intentions of purchasing different merchandise please let us know ahead of time. We will only refund the amount of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
  • An item discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced by the same model only. You may also return a defective item for a refund, but you are subject to a 5% restocking fee. We will pay for the return label shipping charges for any product that is defective.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
  • All packages are inspected for damages before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately. We must be informed within 5 days of receipt of order. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that has been damaged upon receipt will be replaced by the same model only.
